[!] A rather fanciful piece of parchment is nailed to the noticeboards of every province in Luminion. [!]

As of the third disappearance of Kharis H. Fitzalan, the Exalted City of Aerial has gone under new management. This management consists of Kharis' first adoptive son and newly-crowned Cinna'Vanaris Cilus, Elduin L. De Sylvanus, and the Kerri'till (Bringer of Order), Ayluin Naegwyn-Trafina. In light of these new changes, new laws (along with the pre-existing laws of our kingdom) will be put into place in the city to better fit the image of the Mother and to continue leading our citizens through the path of enlightenment.

1. The Law of Peaceful Coexistence: No acts of violence, physical harm, or aggression shall be permitted within the city's boundaries. Offenders shall be sentenced to a period of confinement in the city dungeon, coupled with hard labor to contribute to the betterment of the city.
