The Northern Seafarers guild wishes to announce it shall continue it's activities to the fullest with he conclusion of the Hadrian-Raevendrecht war. Now that the Province of Flussland has been integrated into the Republic and with that the guild, we would like to inform you about our guild-
Originally we where meant to gather profit in the world of whale-hunting, however with the eventual growth of the Lunberg-docks we had been given the opportunity to grow beyond our purpose and fulfill other tasks.
Such as exploring the vast seas of Eden and whatever it may hold. Be it treasures of old or creatures that lurk in the depths awaiting to hunted. And stimulating trade between nations and peoples, filling the coffers of all who dare to traverse the sea!
Now we will aim to aid the Republic and its citizens in stimulating the growth of our seafaring capabilities, however this will prove to be only for those whom feel at home on sea and are not afraid of it's dangers.
Hereby we inform you that an event shall be hosted at the Lunberg-docks to see who is willing to join our guild in it's endeavours! Aboard the 'Flying-Fluslander' one may take a seat and partake in conversation whilst enjoying food and drinks. There will also be a small host of activities such as:
The Flusslandische Paddlers
This is a team activity for two, It requires one to row the boat and another to defend it! It is a race from Lunberg to Avalheim, the first to return shall win, however to be warned if your sloop manages to get damaged in the middle of the sea it might sink.
A Sailor's Dive
One shall climb the jib and dive from it, the one able to create the most magnificent pose before hitting the water wins. this would require a very agile body!
A Hunter's Throw
On sea one might find themselves in a situation where provisions become scarce! To counter this we at the guild train all our crewmembers to be sufficient at hunting fish in shallow waters by using harpoons and makeshift spears. It might prove to safe your life!
The guild hopes to host you at the event.
