The Khari'cerr, Lla'viltir, and along with the High Council, have reached an unanimous decision on welcoming back the entirety of Orcs. Before today, 18.04.1539, Orcs have been forbidden to walk through Myln Arbor from the differing political stances. We were once at war, but that is deemed to be long ago. For over fifteen years, there has only been no acts of aggression nor threats to the Forest.
Jolie Elaine Lovell has deemed it safe for Orcs to walk back in Myln Arbor from a visit to Zadh-Nadrozz to see the overall culture, stance, and state of the settlement.
