The Royal Council of the Enlightened Kingdom of Luminion is delighted to announce that the city of Luminion is opening its gate to foreign visitors.
We invite foreign merchants to set up shop within in our lands, enjoy 'cill company in our city tavern and sell and buy precious goods in the white city.

Changes:
- The city of Luminion now has an open gate policy.
- Foreigners are now allowed to own shops and do business within the city walls.
- Normal taxation laws still apply.
