Pursuit of Knowledge; Addressing a rumor.

Thyst Ipsilus Concilium
[!] A singular piece of paper was hung around on the noticeboards of the specific cities of Luminion, Salus Limin, Adelsburg, Al-Jabrid, Zadh-Nadrozz & Lünburg/Volgrath.
The one who hung them up clearly didn't bother to write more than necessary but took note to hang the papers as clear from other notes as they could.
The ink had a golden shine lingering to it clearly indicating who it was that wrote the message, the bottom lightly scorched to make it clearer.

As times are dire and the access to our knowledge is cut off by that which should not be roaming around
anymore, I awaited and observed the actions of those that deem themselves fit to lead their lands.
I was expecting proper communication yet all I saw was prejudice based on words and rumors.

To some, this page may confirm rumors. To others that read the full missive or that understand the reason
I started the order, they will understand that these rumors are facts taken out of context.

To state the fact; The individual known as Kisho Rovelt indeed was held up in the basement of Thyst.
To state the context; Kisho Rovelt was not there for protection but as a subject to study.

The human is a mosquito, someone who lends power from a realm beyond our understanding,
a realm which holds no regard for any of our lives and a realm clearly is trying to hurt us.
The demon that resides within the fallen city of Catamora or the being that stood guard within
the fallen denur hold of Dar-Azur. Yet one is barely able to find information on these incomprehensible
beings and when we do find information it turns out to be false in some way.

Holding Kisho captive and studying him gave us an opportunity to teach those unknowing of the dangers
that come with the void and the sacrifices to ones body they require to make to lend said power.
Those that paint us as sympathizers of the void due to the books on the subject available at
our library have not read any part of them, the books describe the horrors, instead of talking
about power they speak of all the downsides of the power lend from these destructive realms.

Those that lend power from the void are weak-minded, misguided folk, they deserve to be pitied
and to be taken out of their misery. But in the pursuit of knowledge we must let some of these
individuals suffer through their torture for a bit longer within captivity.

The order of Thyst and its library will continue to share knowledge, those that wish to stop this may come
for my head. And then the head of the next and so on. But know that stopping this pursuit will
only help those that feed off of the weak minded that turn to the void.

Echo, after wandering about Salus Limin and procuring one of the myriad flyers to bring home to the isles, found some time in her day to sit down and actually read over the lengthy missive, which clearly just held a single apology and message of reason. Clearly she'd missed some accusation in the past weeks, so all it got was a headscratch, along a shrug. "Reasonable 'nough. Better to learn and overcome, than to suffer from sudden demon to the face accidents."

"Oh, so that's how they spin it nowadays... interesting choice." The man had spotted the notice while buying some more bread, enjoying the currently lazy days. "Well, it's Nowu, so I guess that was to expect." He tried to stay serious for a moment before he couldn't hold the little laugh in. "Whatever, their loss. They only got one book out of me after all while I... Ah, those things are right where they should be now."
