Citizens of Hadriana, a few days ago, a member of the nobility, Lady Celestine Tzyrnowski, was ambushed and taken hostage by so-called ''Pirates''. This crew was led by the infamous Captain Knaraugh Globtoof, who revealed himself to the members of the state. Rescue attempts were taken, resulting in the wounding of Count Vivan De Augaussi. After an agreement was made, and Lady Celestine Tzyrnowski was handed over, the crew was able to get away with a ransom of 1000 Andros and a small ship. The Tzyrnowski family are in distress and demand something to be done. Hence, a message from the king and state is as follows:
As of today, Thunderday, 04 Greenfall, 1522, in order to affect a timely halt to deteriorating conditions and to ensure the common good, any individual found engaging in acts of piracy or being conspirators with pirates is as of today banned from the Kingdom of Hadriana, by decree of both the state of Hadriana and any representative of His Majesty, the King. By decree, according to martial law, the following statutes are temporarily amended:
Right to assembly, suspended.
Right to habeas corpus, suspended.
Right to legal counsel, suspended.
Right to verdict by a jury of peers, suspended.
By decree, all persons found guilty of piracy,
or aiding a person convicted of piracy,
or associating with a person convicted of piracy,
shall be sentenced to hang by the neck until dead.
As for the crew led by Captain Knaraugh Globtoof, a price of 500 Andros is placed upon the head of Captain Knaraugh Globtoof himself, 100 Andros for his left hand which touched the Lady of the Tzyrnowski family, and 250 Andros on his crew member Krizzie Necksnappa dead or alive.
Both pirates are, as of today, banned from Hadriana, entering the territory of the Kingdom will resort to capture and execution by hanging.
