I, your Emperor, hereby summon all nobility of the Hadrian Empire to the halls of Prezza L'aquilla', formerly known as Wakkerdam. The meeting will occur on the weekend's opening day, the sixth day of the week.
In this meeting, we discuss the state of our newly formed Empire, the split of land, and fixing the many power struggles. We shall discuss our future, our army, our wealth, our plans for both our people and the world.
