INTRODUCTION
Upon the elevation of Lothar von Reiyn to be the head of Veronia’s military he and the Queen worked tirelessly to reform the military to be on a more righteous path and to be more centralized as a whole. Much was debated and discussed between the two and others to see what was best for the Kingdom. The name was settled upon the basis of the von Reiyn heraldic arms, as it was Lothar to be the first leader after its reforms. Amongst these more pious reforms it is seen as this Order is not just the state-army of the kingdom but the militant arm of the faith. They respond only to Her Majesty, the Queen. The Order of the White Rose shall henceforth be the bulwark of Veronia and her territories.
Within these reforms the consolidation of any and all House Bannerman or Levies shall be merged with the Order of the White Rose as it stands as the official state-army of Veronia.
Within this document you shall find all things regarding the Order of the White Rose and its Chapters.
A Promise of Rebirth:
To all those who have strayed from the path of The Maker it is an option if they accept the teachings of the Church and a life of servitude to the Crown within the Order of the White Rose, a last plea of mercy is accepted for criminals, thieves, and heretics who wish for a way out of physical or eternal punishment.
RANKS OF THE ORDER
HIGH COMMAND
Grand Master
The Grand Master of the Order is the head and supreme authority of the order. He is subordinate to none but the Queen of Veronia. Elected by his fellow knights and approved by the Queen herself or directly appointed by the Queen.
Council of Bailiffs
Knights of Veronia and Honored Knights of St. Salvos who are the captains appointed to be the direct advisors to the Grandmaster of the Order. They make up the essential offices to maintain the Order and its Chapters.
Ordermaster | the right hand to the Grandmaster and head of the Council of Bailiffs. They are the direct subordinate to the Grandmaster and the one who relays all his orders to the entire Order. The Ordermaster is responsible for all field operations of the Order and is colloquially known as the field-marshal.
Initiate-Master | The Initiate-Master is the one who oversees all training and recruitment operations of the Order. They also work hand-in-hand with the Quartermaster to distribute proper pay to the Orderman
Quartermaster | The Quartermaster is the head of logistics and supply operations for the Order and its subordinate Chapters. It is the Quartermaster and the Initiate-Master who distributes pay to the exact amount owed to all
Chaplain | The Chaplain is the official member of the clergy serving as the religious guide to the Ordermen on all levels. They give sermons and directly advises their fellow bailiffs and the Grandmaster himself on religious matters to not stray away from the glory of the Maker
Chapter-Master | Chapters are garrisons of the Order housed in different cities/towns of prominence. It is the commander of those garrisons that is named 'Chapter-Master' and reports to the council of bailiffs and the Grandmaster
KNIGHTHOOD
Honored Knight of St. Salvos
Men who have upheld the virtues of the Crown and Maker against all odds, and thwarted all tests of temptation. They are ones who believe the creed of the order and Crown above all else. Those who hold this rank are of immense moral character and representation of faith.
Knight of Veronia
Knights of Veronia is an individual who has passed the Sacred Trials and has embraced the teachings of the Maker and sought out the virtues of St. Salvos through his/her deeds. The people who hold the title of Knight of Veronia do not stand for themselves but for his/her comrade and the faithful flock of the Kingdom of Veronia.
Squire
A Squire is a youth of nobility or that holding the rank of Brother-Sergeant who has dedicated himself to the service of the Crown. They are trained through martial and virtuous lessons under a Knight of Veronia, so that one day he may become a knight themselves.
RANKS OF FOOT
Sergeant-at-Arms
Brothers-Sergeants not seeking knighthood would be promoted to Sergeant-at-Arms from them to be the lead enlisted man. The Sergeant-at-Arms would also act as the Senior Initiate-Master to train the initiates in both martial and religious studies.
Brother-Sergeant
The Brother-Sergeant is a noncommissioned officer entrusted with the royal standard. Their station was elevated above that of their fellow Brothers, through diligent service, and eagerness to lead. Brother-Sergeants are granted the right to become squires.
Orderman
Those who have been promoted to the rank of Orderman have passed their training as an Initiate and have spoken the Orderman’s Creed in the presence of their brothers so that they’d be welcomed as equals.
Initiate
Initiates are those who had not been properly trained nor taken vows to become full-fledged members of the order.
ORDERMAN’S CREED

TRIALS OF CHIVALRY
The Trials are what separate the enlisted ranks of foot from those of Knighthood and Officers. Those few who have tried and passed these trials are knighted and anointed by the Queen herself. They are granted the title of Ser and are the diligent servants of the the Crown. Those who take vows of servitude to the Maker are granted the title of Holy Ser.
☩FIRST TRIAL☩
Trial of Faith - It is imperative all members of the Order display their faith proudly. But humanity is not perfect and it is hard to show proper balance and common to give into small amounts of temptations that we see on a common basis. However, those who wish to take upon the garb of the order must embark on a pilgrimage to prove their faith.
☩SECOND TRIAL☩
Trial of Charity - Those of the order have already given themselves to the Crown and Church and it is the trial of charity that differs a Knight from those of the laity. A Knight may complete this trial by aiding the sickly, feeding the malnourished, or giving alms to those in need.
☩THIRD TRIAL☩
Trial of Temperance - With the lessons of St. Salvos we are taught the world around us of iniquity and impurity compared to the envisioned elysium that awaits all after death. Thus it is imperative that a Knight of Veronia and Honored Knights of St. Salvos do not stray from the path laid before us by the Maker and give into the lustful temptations of Dolus. Through restraint and self discipline, the Knights of Veronia will rise to a more enlightened place amongst the faithful.
☩FOURTH TRIAL☩
Trial of Patience - In the elysium that awaits all after death, there is no sense of urgency. An understanding of patience and prayer will allow Knights of Veronia to reconcile their internal and external conflicts. It will give them a sense of balance, awareness, and understanding to not rush into conflict or tense situations. Through patience a Knight will find peace with himself and the world around him.
☩FIFTH TRIAL☩
Trial of Humility - An uncontrolled ego full of pride can have terrible consequences; humility brings blessings and peace. The Honored Knights of St. Salvos are servants to the Crown and the faithful. A servant does not seek earthly riches, fancy titles, or land. Only when a candidate to become an Honored Knight of St. Salvos renounces pecuniary attachment and ego, will they fully fit the part of a servant of the Kingdom and Maker. Self-reflection is not only needed to achieve a high level of patience, but also to become completely humble. When we recognize our sin, greed, impatience, we will finally be shaped into the warrior the Maker requires us to be.
CURRENT CHAPTERS
Chapters are garrisons of Ordermen stationed in each town or city of prominence. They differ from their counterparts via the sigil upon their tabard. However, the Crownlands Garrison is the most senior of the chapters.
