“The governance of Luminion, once entirely burdened by the soverign will now be entrusted, in part to the esteemed Silver Council. This Council shall be composed of a select group of respected and esteemed Azari’cill that have contributed and show a good promise in their respective seats, summoned summoned at the behest of the sovereigns of Luminion, these entrusted ministers will be both part of the Blessed Citizenry and help guide them into a new era. Spurred on by adherence to Luminion ambitions and the watchful eye of the phoenix pantheon, the Silver Councilors will devote themselves to the progression and development of Civilisation.”
THE SILVER COUNCIL "To Illuminate the Path of Luminion"
The Silver Council of Luminion, often referred to as the Luminari Council, is a venerable institution that embodies the essence of elven governance and wisdom within the realm of Luminion. Comprising individuals of exceptional merit and expertise from various spheres of influence, the council serves a vital role as the principal advisory body to the Sovereign of Luminion. Its primary function is to provide informed counsel and strategic guidance on a wide array of matters crucial to the governance and well-being of the realm. Part of the fundamental duties of the Silver Council is to advise the Sovereign on matters of governance, policy-making, and legislation. Drawing upon their collective expertise and insights, council members engage in rigorous deliberations to formulate sound policies and strategies that promote the welfare and prosperity of the realm. From economic development to social welfare, from environmental conservation to infrastructure planning, the council's recommendations shape the course of Luminion's governance and governance.

Moreover, the Luminary serves as the primary liaison between the Silver Council and the Sovereign's of Luminion, acting as a conduit for communication and collaboration between these two pivotal entities of governance. By maintaining open channels of dialogue and consultation, the Luminary ensures that the council remains attuned to the sovereign's vision, while also providing sage counsel and advice to the sovereign on matters of state.

In the grand tapestry of Luminion's governance, the Sentinel stands as a stalwart defender of its sovereignty and safety. Tasked with the solemn duty of safeguarding the realm against both external threats and internal unrest, the Sentinel holds a position of utmost importance. The Sentinel holds the office which commands much of the Tyr'es Alari on behalf of the Therri'cill, given jurisdiction over such.

Within the esteemed position within the Silver Council of Luminion, the Arcanist assumes a role of profound significance as the custodian of mystical lore and arcane wisdom. Entrusted with the sacred duty of safeguarding the realm's magical heritage, the Arcanist diligently preserves ancient traditions while also spearheading innovative research into new realms of magical possibility. As the foremost authority on all matters arcane, the Arcanist offers invaluable guidance on mystical affairs, from advising on diplomatic relations with magical entities to overseeing the regulation of magical practices within Luminion. As the emissary of Luminion to the wider world, the Envoy plays a pivotal role in shaping the realm's relations with neighboring realms, foreign powers, and otherworldly entities. With a keen understanding of diplomacy and negotiation, the Envoy works tirelessly to advance Luminion's interests on the global stage, while also promoting peace, cooperation, and understanding. By forging and maintaining diplomatic relations, the Envoy ensures that Luminion's voice is heard and respected, while also fostering mutual respect and goodwill among nations. Through their efforts, the Envoy serves as a bridge between Luminion and the rest of the world, facilitating dialogue and collaboration for the betterment of all.
INSTRUMENT AND AUTHORITY OF GOVERNMENT
ARTICLE I. The Therri'cill and Aeri'cill is the highest authority of the Enlightened Kingdom of Luminion
ARTICLE II. The decisions and missives of the Therri'cill and Aeri'cill are binding in the entirety of the Enlightened Kingdom of Luminion.

Administers the Silver Council
Administers the Silver Assembly
Coordinates and directs the diplomatic and military undertakings of the Enlightened Kingdom of Luminion.
Ratifies Treaties
ARTICLE IV. The Silver Council, is the legislative body of the Enlightened Kingdom of Luminion.
ARTICLE V. The Silver Council, Mithril, consists of eight Ministers, namely:
Lord-Luminary, Office of the Luminary
Lord-Sentinel, Office of the Sentinel
Lord-Arcanist, Office of the Arcanist
Lord-Arbiter, Office of the Arbiter
Lord-Steward, Office of the Steward
Lord-Chairman, Office of the Chairman
Lord-Envoy, Office of the Envoy
SUCCESSION AND APPOINTMENT OF GOVERNMENT
ARTICLE I. The appointment and removal of any government official in the Enlightened Kingdom of Luminion is recorded in the Archives of The Library for the Blessed Citizenry to access. ARTICLE II. The Therri'cill and Aeri'cill declares their heir either by missive, speech or a signed and sealed testament. ARTICLE III. The heir apparent to the Therri'cill and Aeri'cill succeeds to the Silver Throne upon the passing or abdication of the ruling sovereign's.
ARTICLE IV. The Silver Ministers is appointed and removed by the Therri'cill and Aeri'cill. ARTICLE V. The Ministers position can only be held by a First Class Citizen, and upon special circumstances by Second Class Citizens.
To Garner a position within the Silver/Mithril Council, one is advised to send a letter to the Therri'cill and/or Aeri'cill to be named to such a position!
