THE FIRST IMPERIAL RACIAL ACT: FAULSKINS.
For many years have the green hordes of savages from Zadh-Nadrozz and beyond plagued Imperial lands, pillaging, killing, and robbing many innocents on its roads, forests, or towns. Green savages have slaughtered many and to this very day, the Empire has tolerated them within their borders, yet this has come to an end. After recent events, the Imperial Diet decided to take a stance against the barbarians and cast them out to secure the safety of our people.
It is therefore that with the blessing and permission of His Imperial Majesty, Kaiser Diederick-Göbel von Lichtenfelts, and Her Imperial Majesty, Kaiserin Veredra von Lichtenfelts that the first rendition of the Imperial Racial Act is to be published, containing the following expansions to Imperial law:

ADDITIONS:
- Faulskins, that being commonly known as Orcs and Goblin creatures are not to be tolerated within our borders and are expected to be terminated on sight.
- Collecting and presenting a Faulskin's head flayed in the Empire with a credible witness present to the Imperial Court is rewarded with 200 Andros a piece.
- Choosing to ignore this order and house or tolerate Faulskins is considered treason and is to be punished through stripping of all titles for nobility or execution for those without titles.
