First Order of Business:
- The Tribal Communion has collectively decided that, in response to the Hadrian Racial Law about banning all Faulskins from their lands under penalty of death, that we should instate reprisals and imprison any Hadrians that cross the border into the Delowaki Savannah. Punishments will vary on the captive prisoners and will include but not be limited to: maiming, branding, amputation of certain limbs, and potentially even death or execution, though this will be for rare cases.
- The hold of Zadh-Nadrozz will be locked down and all the gates will be closed until further notice. The only exception to this rule will be the outermost gate due to the shuttling of goods and horses in and out of the hold.
- Patrols will be devised in groups of at least 2 people, to scout the border, the Savannah, and the tunnel leading to the southern Hadrian Lands in order to secure our homeland from any intruders or interlopers.
- IMPORTANTLY, any member of Zadh-Nadrozz that is punished in accordance with Hadrian Laws will likely not be rescued, and those from Zadh-Nadrozz that enter Hadrian lands WILL DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.
Second Order of Business:
- We as a city-state will continue to make contact and meet with the newly-discovered Minotaurs who roam the Savannah, potentially warning them as well about any intruders.
- We will not act aggressive to these groups unless they show that they have no intention of negotiating and/or strike us first.
- We will begin to establish diplomatic relationships with The Reforged Realm at our earliest convenience, though when we will get the chance to start talking with them remains unclear.
