[!] A message is hung on all announcement boards and local taverns throughout the Anjyarri realm. The sigil of Anjyarr and its High Council are stamped in ink on the flyer. Speakers would use their voice to make the message heard on the squares and busy streets of the Emirates of Al-Jabrid and Al-Khadir. [!]
Merhaba, Mazil ori'ent ati al'Rajalm,
Greetings, people of the realm,
Several weeks ago, the people of Anjyarr held a citizen council to decide the fate of several subjects the Almajlis Ae'la faced. Your voices were heard; you debated and gave your opinions. As a people of this nation, you decided what the next course of action was on these subjects. And so, we have listened. Our gratitude also goes to Serimei Delarus, our loyal Erididam citizen who hosted the council as its chairwoman and acted as a bridge between the Ruling and the citizen council.
The Almajlis Ae'la of the Sultanate has issued the following changes according to the decisions made by the people of the realm:
On the subject of investigating the rumors and activities taking place at Akhmats Tomb, the Jundi will contact and aid a group of volunteers who voiced themselves during the council. Together, they will strike an accord on a time and date and head out through the desert to gain information on the current state of the Valley of Kings and whether aid is required in taking down the Voidal structure present at the sacred Tombs' doorstep.
Another group of volunteers shall help investigate the Hemomancer sighted at the Lotus Oasis and discover the sorcerers' intentions. If these prove to be of malice, proper action shall be taken.
The subject and decisions of expanding and shifting the nation's borders has, as of the last decree of the Sultana, been enacted. Contact with the Freestate of Montevenna has been made. Over the course of the upcoming years, the borders will often continue to shift for the betterment of this nation and to preserve and safeguard its people and ancient culture.
A list of the volunteers has been presented to Almajlis Ae'la, and they will be contacted in the near future!

Again, we thank you, beloved citizens, for voicing your opinions. The success of this event has proven that these citizen councils can be issued many more times and bring our citizens and the ruling class closer together in a common goal. All people are welcome and can live freely under the Dark Elven rule of our blessed Sultana!
