The Silver Promise

Now that world tensions seem to be at an all time high, the peoples of Hadriana and the Luminous Kingdom of Aerial have come to an agreement to ensure peace between the nations.
The King of Hadriana and the Therri’cill of Aerial have declared their eternal friendship. A bond of leaders to ensure peace in the realms. This friendship shall be an example for all leaders of Eden. As a response to this, the Luminous Kingdom has opened its doors to all citizens of Hadriana. The Hadrian people are welcome to visit and attend to lessons in the colleges of magic, the grand library, and the clinics to study and develop their own society.
Non-aggression pact:
Signatories have agreed to the following terms:
- Signing parties agree to never engage in offensive wars on one another. If outside powers decide to engage in conflict, Hadriana and Aerial will not join if the conflict could result in a war in which they would be opposing each other.
- The Luminous Kingdom of Aerial will grant the Kingdom of Hadriana an outpost within the walls of the new city of Luminion. This building may be used to house students of the colleges or engage in religious practices.
- Citizens of the Kingdom of Hadriana may visit the grand library or attend to the colleges of magic.
- The Luminous Kingdom will send out experts of magic and healthcare to educate the Hadrians in those arts within the safety of their own walls.
- When visiting either signatories’ territories, citizens are expected to abide by the laws upon which soil they step foot on and respect the local customs.
- Roderick Withmond, King of the Attians, Master of the horse-lords, defender of the green lands, protector of the Heartlands and heir of the Attian throne and Therri’cill Aldir’tor Zaithrall, guardian of purity, warden of Arda, builder of cities, protector of the Azari, heir of the mother’s throne and master of the arcane arts declare their eternal friendship to one another.
Should an issue or conflict arise that breaches this article, the signatories agree to handle the matter via the appropriate diplomatic channels.
This contract shall remain in effect for a period of 10 years., with the option to renew its terms at the time of its expiry.
