[!] A flock of ravens embarked on a journey across the vast expanse of Eden, wings weaving through the sky. Clasped within the beaks of these dark-winged heralds was a parchment, bearing news inscribed in ink as dark as the ravens' plumage. The parchment held the official crest of the family at the top. Wineday 27, Goldscorch, 1542

Over the days approaching a week Her Grace, Brita van Leuveren has been enjoying a period of rest and recovery while facing the challenge of bed rest. Her mornings have taken on a rhythm with bouts of sickness and a tempering of her usual robust appetite. Within the chambers of Hertogin Brita van Leuveren and Hertog Silas van Leuveren, there is a secret to be shared.

Hertog Silas van Leuveren called upon a nurse to clear Lady Brita’s suspicion of her falling horribly ill, it is with great delight and anticipation that we can now cheer upon the heartwarming blessing of Alda herself. The first born of the van Leuveren line, is on the way for the van Leuveren household in the Hertogdom of Zuidelijke Hinterlanden. This marks the start of a brand new chapter in our familys re-born legacy.

Plans are underway to announce the arrival of our heir, hopefully, but not forgetting perhaps daughter... during festivities
. In three months time guests from across The Hadrian Empire and Luminion will hopefully gather under banners within the halls of Hertogdom of Zuidelijke Hinterlanden. The news of this first born to our lineage will be celebrated and announced warmly during these festives making it a truly momentous occasion, in the van Leuveren family history.

In utmost reverence for the sacred nature of this revelation, we beseech those entrusted with this knowledge to hold it close to their hearts until the festives is held. You are welcome to bring gifts as you are informed prior - but this is not a requirement.

We hope to see you at the feast.

Signed:
His lordship, Silas van Leuveren, Hertog van de Zuidelijke Hinterlanden

The newly remarked Hertogin nodded, having finished writing the parchments that would soon be sent out to both their closest family members and friends. "Sign this would you my love?" She gestured for him to walk over, handing him the feather as she watched him sign his name under where his name was written in block letters, getting handed the feather back - she begun doing the same on her own under her own name before she lowered the feather. She closed the ink pot and looked over to Silas."I will seek to get these sent, immediately." She remarked to her husband Silas, taking the parchments in hand. Her steps across the floor was heavy and lead her upstairs to the birds, sitting on her knees infront of the pen as she begun tying one parchment to each of the raven's legs before sending them away to deliver the parchments to the correct receipients - ensuring no one got left behind. Other than Isadora whom she had given it to personally prior to finishing them. "Do not harm the letters, alsjeblieft." She kissed her hand, waving the ravens goodbye.
