Troubling news has reached the gates of Adelsburg, troubling news of yet more expansion up north. Yet, not expansion as per usual, expansion through suppression and the herding of peoples. For a long time, the Hadrian crown has not acted upon the transgressions of the so-called Vrystaet north of Lünburg, out of respect for our brothers and sisters in humanity. The Vrystaet had attempted to disturb the sovereignty of Avalheim not too long ago, and when Hadriana stepped in, the Vrystaet backed down. Now, Avalheim prospers on the Wyrm Isles, and their people live freely.
It seems though, that this was but a setback for the Vrystaet and its young Stadtholder. They have set their sights upon another weakened group, the Denur. Hadriana and the Denur have always been on good terms, the clans visiting Adelsburg frequently, but it seems they have been ousted by the one currently in power. The Denur weaker and more vulnerable than ever, are now on the verge of losing their last piece of identity, erased by a greedy state, led by a greedy juvenile.
Moves have been made to incorporate the ancient hold of Dar-ach Denur under their own flag, a foreign flag, erasing what once was a proud and wealthy hold. The Hadrian crown does not in any way support these intentions as they are only fueled by greed, nor does it support any moves upon the ancient hold by any Denur bearing a foreign banner. Hadriana shall actively work against such plans for it is our wish that the forges of the Denur be rekindled by a solemn Denur spirit, an independent state, prospering.
I plead to any and all Denur, do not forsake the principles of your forebears.
