LET IT BE KNOWN,
Let it be known to all inhabitants of Norbüren and the surrounding Hertzland that, by the authority vested in me as Steward of Norbüren, I now order the BANISHMENT of a person going by the name of "El" from the town of Norbüren and all areas under the Hertzland's control. 'El' is charged with and convicted of a crime that jeopardises the safety, security, and well-being of our community, Chapter I - Article V from the imperial law act alongside common laws pertaining to the safety of the common citizen. Though there have been brief opportunities for 'El' to change her ways and make amends, her continued behaviour has been harmful to our town's peace and security and has thusly been met with swift punishment.

Thus, is 'El' BANISHED from Norbüren and forbidden from entering its borders or taking part in any actions regarding to the duchy until she is called for trial. Failure to obey these orders will result in an immidiate arrest as well as an additional charge within Norburen. Should the accused wish to speed up her trial, she is allowed to reach out to the steward of Norbüren alongisde the Herzogin and Herzog ONLY and vice versa. Contacting any other citizen of the duchy will be determined as disobeying the order and writ of banishment. Let this proclamation serve as a cautionary tale to anybody attempting to subvert the ideals and values that Norbüren upholds. May the rule of law and fairness bring prosperity to our community for years to come.

On a rather quiet morning, Etiénne exited the Norbüren tavern with lord Bartosz. The sunshine was rather bright for their tired eyes which were accustomed to the dim light of the tavern. Anne-Marie de Ruiter was sitting on a bench right outside the tavern, and after exchanging pleasantries, Etiénne walked over to the guard standing in front of the bank.

"Frederick, would you be so kind and give these to Eren when you see him next? I want them spread all across the empire." Etiénne placed a stack of papers containing the announcement for the banishment into the guard's hands. With a stern nod, the professional guard took the papers.

Etiénne returned inside the tavern letting out a relieved sigh. He kneeled down, letting his fingers run on the tavern floor. As he felt the occasional grains of sand, his mind immidiately turned back to the night of the event, when EL was disturbing the peace in the tavern by attempting to drug the customers. After Bartosz called for him, he snapped back to the reality, wiping the sand from his hands, mumbling to himself: "Justice.."

Simultaneously a young messenger had just received the papers from the guard, starting to make his way to Adelsburg. Soon the news of a banishment were all over the empire. There was no way someone would now accidentally allow the woman enter Norbüren again.
