It's time for another End of The Month Update! And it looks like it’s right on time! We have much to discuss regarding May's player data and what's happening in June. There's been a lot of new changes and some new additions.

First off, the wiki has a new section! In addition to the botany and the bestiary page, we now have a geology page! Metals, minerals, and other materials will slowly be added to this page to fill it out. Secondly, our calendar page will soon be updated to reflect the new lore and the new flow of time, so keep looking for that. Finally, the bookshelves have been fixed!

The community's feedback form opened on May 20th. In total, we received 48 responses. Last month, we had 48 responses. This is understandable, as some people had exams and other events that took priority. To those who could fill it out, you'll receive 250 tokens shortly! There's a growing trend in the charts that many of our new faces came from January to May, at least those who stuck around. Out of the 48 responses, more than half were brought over by mutual friends. 28 respondents came from their friends, 10 came from PlanetMinecraft, and 10 found us by other means.

In the consensus, the server's and its community's quality go hand-in-hand, averaging around the higher numbers. If one took a mathematical average of all the inputs, we would find an average rating of ~7 for the quality of the server and an average rating of ~7 for the community. Now with teams opening up for recruitment, it's likely that the new faces joining our staff teams will bring a sense of vitality to the community.

In May, we saw OVER 100 valid applications. The current ratio is about 65% of applications being approved, with nearly ~35% being accepted immediately due to perfection.

Of the 112 applications, 73 were accepted; more applications were pending that weren't logged in this month's data, so it was around 115. Here are the numbers within the ratios for each community! The humans again take the title of the most popular race with 18 Attians, 9 Hinterlanders, and 4 Khadan. The elves stole second place with only 3 High Elves, 13 Wood Elves, and 4 Dark Elves. The tiefling community has been growing steadily over the past two months.

In May, Fables welcomed 8 new tieflings. This month, we welcome 2 new Halflings. This is followed by 2 Denur, 6 Orcs, and 4 Goblins.

Pixel Paintbrush - Monthly Contest​

Here is a recap of May's community contest!

Whip out those two-bit brushes! Near the end of March, I noticed a small trend among the new players and applicants. They were interested in learning how to use the Artmap plugin! What better way to do it than through a contest?​

To get started, type the command /artmap while on the server. This will bring up a GUI telling you what you need to know. Additionally, you can always view the [Artmap Guide] if you prefer to read it on a webpage.​
