The community's feedback form opened on December 20th. In total, we received 27 responses. Last time we had 23 responses. 13 respondents came from their friends, 6 came from PlanetMinecraft, and 8 found us by other means. Out of the 8, every one of those 8 people found us through search results! The overall moral of the community, based on the quality ratings of the community and content, seems to still be at a high!

Of course, the feelings of 27 people don't speak for the entirety of the server, so I strongly encourage you to fill out the community feedback form when it reopens at the end of February!

These two charts represent the application data from November, while the next two charts represent the application data from December. In November, the team handled 75 valid applications! 28 of those applications were Pending - Denied, 24 were Pending - Approved, 18 were Approved on the spot, and 5 were Denied on the spot. Keep in mind, Pending - Denied are applications that were denied because they did not get fixed within a week. Out of those 42 accepted applications, you can see that humans and elves both tied for first place. Elves welcomed 8 Wood Elves, 5 High Elves, and 5 Dark Elves while Humans welcomed 12 Hinterlanders, 4 Attians, and 2 Khadans. Surprisingly, 3 Denur got accepted to our community, as well as 2 Tieflings and 1 Orc; no goblins, no halflings!

In December, the community team harvested 72 applications from the mines, with 50 of those applications being gemstones! 16 of those valid applications were Pending - Denied, 31 were Pending - Approved, 19 were Approved on the spot, and 6 were Denied on the spot. Out of the 50 applications that made it through, Humans took first place with 10 Attians, 8 Hinterlanders, and 2 Khadan. Elves followed behind with 7 Wood Elves, 5 Dark Elves, and 4 High Elves. Surprisingly, Fables welcomed 7 Tieflings, 3 Goblins, 2 Denur, 1 Orc, and (omg) 1 Halfling. So, basically all of our playable races for at least one new player during December!

Remember, it's highly recommended that you join the [Main Discord] before you make an application or shortly after you make an application. This gives applicants the best chance to make it past Pending within the week-long deadline! Anyone who was Pending - Denied were encouraged to try again.

THE BIG UPDATE!!​

Over Christmas week, administration surprised us with a big change; our server updated to 1.20.2!
While we did say goodbye to Chat Preview, we said hello to a lot of new things! Camels, hanging signs, editable signs, bamboo blocks and rafts, cherry blossom blocks, and so much more. For those who use MPM, you can find the 1.20.x version of the mod through their official discord. To everyone who uses Optifine, its currently in a 'Preview' state and doesn't have any particular compatibility with Forge listed (yet).

LODESTONES AND CHARACTER TRAITS!!​

Tech Team gave us a new change to lodestone, as well as the public beta of the new character traits!
Lodestones are now per character (instead of per player), spectators can now use it to find their way around the map, and the performance is fantastic! Though, these changes were overshadowed by the first wave of the character traits! Traits can grant effects to your character's abilities based on their race, size, and past! These effects can range anywhere from CRP to magic! Choose your traits wisely, once you choose them, they can't be changed. Here is the list of [Available Traits], which you can apply using /char change traits .. I look forward to seeing all the traits people choose; especially those who choose the blindness trait!

WHITELIST APPLICATION CHANGES!!​

It's time to make a few changes to the whitelist application!
One of first changes made to the application is the addition of a new question! "What Edition Are You?" will now let the community team know if a player is joining us on Java or Bedrock. There will hopefully be more changes coming in the future, but now we have new statistics to show you in the next edition of the EoTM! Until then, see you!
