To all the esteemed citizens of Norbüren and the broader Hertzland, let it be known that henceforth, Bartosz-Jan Tzyrnowski, the Heir of the Hertzland, shall ascend to the prestigious title of Steward of Norbüren.
In recognition of his lineage, his dedication to our community, and his unwavering commitment to the prosperity of our town, Bartosz shall assume the duties and responsibilities befitting this honored position. As Steward of Norbüren, Bartosz Tzyrnowski shall preside over matters pertaining to the governance and welfare of our town. He shall oversee housing matters, ensure the maintenance of law and order, and represent the interests of Norburen within the broader Hertzland, whilst the matter of the wider Grand Duchy of the Hertzland continues to be resolved by the respective Großherzog and Großherzogin, all matters domestic and pertaining to the town of Norbüren and her interests shall be considered, taken and resolved by the Steward of Norbüren respectively.
Bartosz's leadership shall be guided by the wisdom and counsel of the Großherzog and Großherzogin and the esteemed advisors of the Hertzland. Let this proclamation serve as a testament to our confidence in Bartosz Tzyrnowski's ability to lead with integrity, compassion, and diligence.
