[!] This parchment containing the Tzyrnowski-Reinhardt crests would be nailed to multiple noticeboards in all town within Eden. The message bearer would shout out "Come out ye all! attend the tourney" [!]
Hereby I wish to announce that a tourney will hosted in the Grand Duchy of Herzland, at the provincial town of Norbüren. For to long has the Hadrian Empire been absent of tourneys, it is time we change this! To celebrate the certain rise of Hadriana and to reinstall chivalry and honour to it's citizens we host this event.
The tourney grounds can be found near the old 'Norbüren watchtower' where it is said the first Hedge-knight came to be. This can be easily found, if you follow the main road that leads into Norbüren. Instead of crossing the bridge into the town you shall have to continue down the road where farms are plenty.

To be participate in the tourney you shall have to send a letter to the Norbüren postal office, in the letter you will have to state your name and race. In addition a 'Entrance-fee' of fifteen Andros will be required. Steeds will be provided by us, however do note any form of 'equipment' shall not be provided. Shields, swords and armour are your own responsibility.
The tourney will consist out two elements, the first.
Duels, two contestants will face off against each other. The one win shall head on to the next round and increase their chance to win.
The reward for wining shall be a pouch of one-hundred Andros.
The seccond, a joust. Two opponents shall charge each other on horseback, the one to land the most blows or entirely un-sadle their opponents wins.
The reward shall be two-hundred Andros and the 'Entrance-fee's' paid by all contestants. This means the more people to attend the larger the reward. In addition if the winner proves to be of Attian orgin they may take the title 'Champion of Norbüren'

Rules for the duels and joust.
For the duels it is quite simple, two opponents will face off in their weapon of choosing and fight until one is either beaten to the ground or yields.
The joust will have more rules. The Joust will have a pointsystem, it works as following-
The contestants will ride towards the middle lowering their lances and emoting, once reaching the middle of the field they will role /20 strength and /20 defence. if one manages to land a hit they will gain a point.
However there can also be the case that the contestants get dismounted at the same time! how?
If both roll above 15 strength but fail their defence rolls they will both be dismounted.
