THE HADRIAN DUMA
Soon the populace may gather in Adelsburg, where the old courthouse has been rebranded into a hall fit for our Duma. Here we shall, as a collective, discuss policy and the state of our realm. During this first session, I shall sit as chairman in my authority as Kaiser, yet we will strive to find a citizen to take the reins of the Duma. The Duma is designed to be an open forum for all those who wish to speak, provided it is in accordance with our laws.
AGENDA
- The appointment of a chairman for the Duma.
- The recent battle against the Lord of Bones, and how to proceed.
- The terrorization of the Hadrian countryside by an unknown group.
- The planning of a second session of the Duma.
